* Ana Minoushka def. PJ Tyler with a double underhook facebuster.
* Leva Bates def. She Nay Nay with a tope rope Thesz press.

SHIMMER Volume 29
1. Kellie Skater def. Nevaeh with a flipping necksnap.

2. Nikki Roxx and Ariel def. Melanie Cruise and Annie Social. Roxx pinned Social after hitting the Barbie Crusher.

3. LuFisto def. Rachel Summerlyn with an armbar submission. Midway through Lufisto targets the arm. Total squash match but a good showing by Summerlyn.

4. Mercedes Martinez def. Jamilia Craft. Mercedes wins with the fisherman buster. Great showing by Craft but Martinez took her to school. Craft got back into it at the end and wiggled out of one buster, but got caught by the second. Great match.

5. Allison Danger def. Rayna Von Tosh with the Lovelace Choker. Surprisingly a back and forth match. Good stuff at the start by with Rayna flrting with the ref.

After the match, Allison cuts a promo calling out Portia and the Canadian appear on the screen and while Danger is distracted Portia attacks from behind. Nicole Matthews comes out with handcuffs and holds back Bryce from helping. Leva Bates and Neveah try to make the save but are taken out by Melanie Cruise and Annie Social. Ariel as well. Portia finishes off by spitting in Danger�s face. Danger has to be helped to the back. Best segment so far.

6. Madison Eagles def. Sassy Stephie with her Hell Bound finisher. Madison was way over with the Berwyn crowd. She got a massive �Welcome back!!!� chant. Not her best match but was great to see Eagles back. Also very good showing by Stephie.

7. Jessie McKay def. Cat Power with the Boyfriend Stealer. Both of thes girls were really impressive. Highlight was Cat busting out the figure four leglock, prompting �Wooo� chants.

Amber Gertner interviews Sarah Stock who is in some killer heels. She says she wants to take on MsChif for the belt. Amber says that MsChif and Melissa are taking on The Canadian Ninjas for the belts tonight but Sarah gets her match Volume 30 which will be taped later tonight.

8. Sara Del Rey def. Tenille (sporting blonde hair) via the Royal Butterfly. Best match of Tenille�s entire SHIMMER career. Tenille kept with Del Rey hold for hold. Awesome bridging Indian deathlock by Tenille. My favorite match so far.

9. Misaki Ohata def. Daizee Haze via rollup. After the match Daizee turns heel attacks Ohata. Jamilia Craft comes out to talk her teacher down [Daizee is her trainer], but gets attacked as well. Haze got some major heat from the crowd. Great match and segment. Ohata can bust out a submission from any position and there was some awesome chain wrestling from both ladies.

10. Ayumi Kurihara def. Tomoka Nakagawa with a hammerlock side suplex. OMG!!! Best match ever!!! It had strikes, holds, high flying. I�m seriously thinking of moving to Japan� Match of the Year candidate.

11. The Canadian Ninjas def. Cheerleader Melissa & MsChif to retain the SHIMMER Tag Team Championships. Nicole Matthews pinned MsChif after a german suplex/superkick combo. MelisChif are crazy over! Crowd was on fire! Ninjas wouldn�t wrestle until everyone was quiet. Lulz. Melissa and �Chif were in the corner closest to me and I was marking out. Action spills outside and MsChif climbs over the barricade and holds Nicole while Melissa wheelbarrow whips Portia into her. Epic.

Post match the Ninjas beat down MelisChif but Allison makes the save. Portia flees.

Volume 30 taping.

1. Malia Hosaka def. Leva Bates with a chicken wing facebuster. Leva gave it her best in her SHIMMER debut, but the veteran took the win. OK match. Leva has really good style though.

2. Annie Social & Melanie Cruise def. Jessica James & Rachel Summerlyn (aka Rachel & Jessica�s Excellent Tag Team). Social pins James after a double team chokeslam/spinebuster. Great teamwork by Social and Cruise. Very impressed with Social in particular.

3. LuFisto def. Cat Power with the Burning Hammer. Refs take Cat out of the ring. Looks like she may be injured.

Daizee cuts a promo backstage on Jamilia. She tells her she better check herself. Daizee and Tomoka vs Jamilia and Misaki is announced.

4. Mercedes Martinez def. Kellie Skater with the fisherman buster. These ladies were just chopping the hell out each other. After a particular hard flurry from Mercedes, Skater�s chest may actually be bleeding� Sick!!!

5. Ayumi Kurihara def. Nikki Roxx after reversing the Barbie Crusher into a sunset flip. Big upset.

Melissa promo backstage with MsChif. Melissa calls �Chif out and says she wants a shot at the belt. Sarah Stock interrupts and says she should be asking her for a shot. Madison Eagles interrupts and says 2010 is the year of the Eagles. �Chif says Melissa and Madison will face each other and the winner will face the winner of the �Chif/Stock match.

6. Daizee Haze & Tomoka Nakagawa def. Jamilia Craft & Misaki Ohata. Haze pins Craft after a tiger suplex. Craft is green but Daizee has taught her well. Enjoyable match up.

7. Nicole Matthews def. Jessie McKay with the Last Rites. Impressive showing by both these girls. Awesome top rope rana by McKay.

8. Sara Del Rey def. Hiroyo Matsumoto with the piledriver. Hiroyo did awesome, really had Del Rey on the ropes for a while. Almost got the pin after a modified gutbuster.

9. Allison Danger def. Portia Perez in a Last Woman Standing match. Danger runs out and attacks Perez. Danger gets a belt from a fan but Perez gets ahold of it. Perez starts talking samck about her daughter. Action spills outside and Allison is whipping Perez with the belt. Action is in the crowd now as Allison throws Perez into the merch table. Action is at the bar now. Perez with a jaw breaker over the barricade. Portia takes control. Danger is busted open over the eye. Portia smack-talks Danger�s daughter and Danger spits at her. Nicole Matthews brings out a chair and holds Danger but Jennifer Blake makes the save and carries Matthews backstage. Danger with a neckbreaker to the floor, STO and neckbreaker on the chair for the 10 count. Afterwards, Danger is overcome with emotion.

10. Madison Eagles def. Cheerleader Melissa to become the #1 Contender for the SHIMMER Championship. Dream match. Madison is sporting some new dark gear and appears to be a heel now. Guess who we�re cheering for? Madison possum pins Melissa with her feet on the ropes for the win. Melissa tries to tell the ref but he�s not hearing it. Melissa is pissed. Awesome match!

11. MsChif def. Sarah Stock via the Desecrator to retain the SHIMMER Championship. Crazy lucha spots by Stock. An awesome Mexican armdrag you have to see to believe. Really quick match but really good. Sarah pulled out all the stops but couldn�t get the win.

1. Jamilia Craft def. Malia Hosaka via a wheelbarrow rollup. Jamilia once again is really green. Lexie-on-a-Stick attacks Craft several times. Lol. Not a great match but I didn�t hate it.

2. Rachel Summerlyn def. Kellie Skater with a Texas cloverleaf. Not a bad match. Skater�s chest still looks horrible.

3. Cat Power def. Nevaeh with the Side Effect. Neveah put in a great effort. Nice to see that she can go, even without Ashley Lane.

4. Allison Danger & Jennifer Blake def. Annie Social & Melanie Cruise. Blake pinned Social after a modified pumphandle slam. Jen and Danger start a Addams Family chant calling Social and Cruise, Wednesday and Pugsley. Lol. Things broke down at the end but great nonetheless.

5. Tomoka Nakagawa def. Jessie McKay with the fisherman suplex. Jessie hit three running knees strikes and two School Girl Crushes but Nakagawa spits in her face and hit the suplex for the win.

Backstage interview with Madison Eagles. Eagles says that she won�t defend the title tonight.

6. Portia Perez def. Tenille via superkick. Portia�s elbow is heavily taped. Tenille works on the arm at the start. Portia tries to escape but Tenille cuts her off with a kick. Portia gets the upper hand and takes it to Tenille busts out her awesome bridging Indian deathlock. Tenille would be my pick for breakout star of these tapings.

7. Sara Del Rey def. Misaki Ohata via the Royal Butterfly. Great match! Ohata really took it to Death Rey, had some awesome submission but just couldn�t get the pin.

Backstage promo by Ayumi Kurihara. She says she�s coming for the belt.

In ring promo by Daffney. Calls out �MsChif. Says �Chif left her hanging and went for the belt. �Chif comes out and says she remains loyal to the SHIMMER audience while she went on to other endeavors. �Chif says it breaks her heart that it has to come to this.

8. MsChif def. Daffney via the Desecrator. Both ladies are matching each other move for move. Lots of screaming, of course. Some very unique submissions from Daff. Nice exchange of counters toward the end. Excellent match.

9. Sarah Stock def. Nicole Matthews with a dropkick. Crazy spots from Stock. Matthews gets control midway through and keeps until Stock hits a crazy overhead toss. Finish comes when Matthews goes for the belt. Bryce catches her but Perez comes out with the other. Matthews gets the other belt and goes to hit Sarah Stock with it, Stock dodges and hits the dropkick for the win.

10. Daizee Haze def. Ayumi Kurihara via countout. Great match by two awesome competitors. Ayumi Kurihara is amazing! She received a standing ovation after her match. Great stuff here.

NEO is already giving the girls the "return from overseas" bump as it looks like 3S (Hiroyo & Misaki) will challenge TamuKuri for the NEO tag belts on May 5 at the "10TH ANNIVERSARY NEO SPECTACLE IN KORAKUEN."

The girls, minus Nakagawa for some reason, had a press conference after coming home and talked about their trip a little.

Ayumi has really bad jet lag and was fading in and out during the press conference. When asked by a fan about the company she wrestled in Chicago she answered "HAMMER."

Matsumoto quickly corrected her and said "SHIMMER." Ayumi was so embarrassed she said in English "Oh my god..." and the assembled fans laughed aloud.

Hiroyo also talked about the "Please come back chants..." after her final match when she raised a "fan made portrait sign" in the middle of the ring. (foto sotto)

She also mentioned LuFisto and said she'd love to wrestle LuFisto in Japan.

Misaki talked about wrestling Cheerleader Melissa and how impressed she was by her.

The blog also talks about how if you read into the nuance of the word SHIMMER, it's similar to the meaning of the word IBUKI. (it's true in a very abstract way - hope for the future)

Ayumi said Sara Del Ray had many successive victories in SHIMMER before she finally beat her. (NEO blog calls Sara "SHIMMER's Undertaker.")

Hiroyo said one of the reasons she and Misaki want to challenge for the NEO tag belts is because when Ayumi beat Sara Del Ray in SHIMMER Hiroyo was mad at herself that she failed to beat Sara in their singles match.

She added that while she's partnered with some strong veterans like Kyoko Inoue in tag teams and won the NEO tag titles, she wants to team with her younger generation partner now. Being with Misaki for 10 days in the USA and watching her matches was what sealed the deal.

Misaki said she's glad even though that IBUKI is gone that 3S will survive as she was worried it would fade away. This is also Misaki's first chance at a title the size of the NEO tag belts.

Tomoka posted some thoughts on her blog ( http://blog.livedoor.jp/tomoka_sov/ )

She talks about some of her SHIMMER opponent, only briefly commenting on her Ayumi match.

She calls Daizee Haze "Daizee-sensei" probably from training with her at the ROH school. She mentions how when they teamed against Craft & Ohata Daizee "wore the costume that seemed to Revolution Amandola specifications" and that "pro wrestling is its own language" as "our teamwork went together as well as our costumes did" and here she got her 1st American victory.

For Mercedes she says "She is huge and tall, with an amazing body." She said she fought hard but lost to the fisherman buster.

For Jessie McKay - "She is pretty." She also mentions her nickname is みんなのガールフレンド or minna no garufurendo (Everybody's Girlfriend) and wonders if that means what she thinks it means.

(I heard this a couple times as SHIMMER about Jessie's nickname. "Doesn't 'Everybody's Girlfriend' mean you're a slut?")

She said Jessie has a nice fist drop but Tomoka was able to win the match and finish off her trip with a victory.

She said the fans gave her a nice "arigato" call afterwards, but it was Matsumoto as the final joshi to perform that received the highest response.

She writes it was a great two days and she received a nice illustration from a fan, and was surprised at how detailed her costume looked.

She finishes with "ありがたい" or arigatai which means "thankful/grateful/fortunate."

Date di rilascio dei Vol.29/30?

No firm dates yet, but Vol. 29 is currently in replication and should be up on the ROH store within about a week and a half. Vol. 30 will follow about two weeks later.

Mentre per i Vol. 31/32?

No dates are set for their release. We're spacing them out over the next few months though, rather than releasing everything at once.

Ci puoi dire qualcosa sulle Joshi wrestler che porterai a settembre?

Everyone's suggestions were helpful, but nothing is set in stone as of yet talent-wise for September. All that is for sure is that we are continuing our business relationship with S-Ovation and Ring Stars moving forward.

PS: la S-Ovation ha sotto contratto Misaki, Hiroyo e Tomoka mentre la Ring Stars Ayumi.
