Bully Ray (vero nome Mark LoMonaco), nel corso di Global Wars 2017: Chicago, ha fatto un promo in cui annuncia che la sua carriera da wrestler è giunta alla fine. Bully Ray è lontano dal ring da "Death Before Dishonor XV", quando fu infortunato da Jay Briscoe. Bully Ray è stato annunciato per i prossimi taping della ROH che si terranno a Philadelphia.
