Il leader dei Smashing Pumpkins ed ex presidente della TNA, Billy Corgan ha trovato un accordo per acquistare la National Wrestling Alliance. Stando a quanto riporta PWInsider, l'accordo prevede l'acquisione totale su nome, diritti, trademark e cinture. Al momento, non si sa con certezza se l'accordo prevede anche l'acquisizione delle video library e delle promotion affiliate alla NWA.
